Completely satisfied, absolutely not. By far the worst service I’ve received at a car dealership - granted this was the first time having a serious mechanical issue with a vehicle. My service advisor was a nice guy but it was apparent that he was just the middle man relaying mostly bad information received from others. I did not like that I called everyday for a week trying to get a status update, I was not able to reach anyone or receive a call back despite leaving a message each time.. also to the Service Dept Mgr. No call back for days. I only started getting good communication towards the end after I got fed up (which may have been their strategy), I received my service advisors email & agreed to a $5000 repair bill. Ultimately my car was repaired after 2 & a half months there, but unfortunately I’m not confident that the repairs were what was actually needed since I received about 3 different recommended resolutions. Also I did not appreciate my final bill having overstated charges including a $200 car wash which stated that the customer requested (I most certainly did not). The worst part is that the car was not even cleaned.. same condition as when I dropped it off. This experience was so unsatisfactory, I could never recommend Kia or this location to someone in good faith.
