Had my car serviced and when I got it back the interior had greasy hand/fingerprints inside. Not the standard I have come to expect at Kia Mall of GA. Service took almost 3 hours for oil change and back brakes. Service writer Christian was great.. Also have a trim issue that should have been resolved under warranty prior to surpassing warranty period. Apparently a former service writer (no longer with Kia MOG) didn’t follow up and address the issue as promised. Service mgr Jason was very responsive and is working to resolve issue. Hope this is done by next week. Bob Kern ****-****-xxxx

I’m confused as to why this dealership does not have a car wash so that cars can be washed after service appointments. All other dealerships I have been to, always wash my car.
