I had to bring the vehicle back multiple times due to various issues. It was eventually resolved, but it was frustrating and felt like the problem was being guessed as one point. However, I would like to commend my service advisor Andrew Aycock for being extremely helpful and easy to work with through the process. He was very communicative and I appreciate him working with me. I would request him for future services .

Andrew was great!! He was very informative and helpful throughout the entire long process. Although I realize that the length of time it took to fix my car had some wait time for Kia to say no and for my warranty company processing, the amount of time it took has been extremely costly to me as I had to rent a car for the entire time you had my car (around5 weeks) I wish you had some options for you customers to have when the service takes so long.
He was personable, professional, and answered all my questions.

I Made an appointment for 9am for an oil change I got there at 9 my car was done and parked on the side from 930 to 1015. And no one told me it was done. I also stood in the car bay for over 20 minutes during that time and was never helped by anyone and once I asked about my car they gave me a pepper and said it’s done. I understand that my time is not important to your business but maybe they should take the time to get people out and or informed in a timely manner about their vehicle. This is the 4th time I’ve had to deal with this and I wish I would never have to deal with Kia again. I love my car but hate the headache of dealing with Kia.
Sean checked me in instead of my assigned advisor and was professional, kind and helpful through the whole process... He provided an eta on how long the recall inspection would take. Sean also reviewed what services are needed on my vehicle which was appreciated
