Vehicle taken in immediately. Tech listened to my issue explanation. And observed the defect. Analysis of repair was done quickly while I waited. Waiting room was busy, but clean and drinks were well stocked. Received update on what was needed and took vehicle home to wait for part delivery update. Service at Kia MOG is always a 10 out of 10.

I was in your waiting room for service on cars for 2 hours and 15 minutes for a SCHEDULED appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and balance … for whatever reason I was notified thru my phone that the service advisor needed to speak to me about my car visit . I called the number and after 3 times of her being paged I hung up and went to the service cashier to get my paperwork and pay my bill … I never got to speak to her about any issues or additional service need for my car. I would only wish that in the future that if I choose to sit in your waiting area for my car that someone come to me to discuss anything related to my visit. Thank you …

Your call center never answers the phone and doesn’t return voicemails. The shop never addressed my primary concern. Prices are too high.

I was caught off guard when the estimate for the work done was not the same as the final.amount I paid. It's possible the estimate did not have taxes added in but that needs to be explained. I'm not a fan of the service people not coming to speak in person to someone who is waiting in the waiting area while work is being done.
