The man at the front is terrible. He is condescending. He told me that he couldn’t do anything and that there were four other people working so I should just go find someone else. He wasn’t even working on anything. He was sitting there while the other people were working. I took his advice and found Jenny. I am glad that I did. She is so amazing! She is thoughtful and has customer service skills. The gentleman in the front desk has no business speaking to customers the way he spoke to me.
Logan provided excellent customer service. My car was given to me earlier than expected. He said he would get me out in great time.

I came to the dealership with concerns regarding my excessive and ridiculous oil consumption on my 2016 Kia Optima. I'm having to fill my oil after 500 miles and get oil changes at least every month or two. Everytime I get an oil change, I get a piece of paper or they tell me that I should know about an engine recall lawsuit. Last week, my engine light came on. I got an oil change, it went off. That never happened before. Turns out I have a p200A code. Regardless of this code, Sean said they couldn't do an oil consumption test because I don't have a "power train". In addition, they offered the service for my engine light code and to do an oil combustion cleaning. Quote on quote and I repeat, "the best thing we can do and I hate to say it is to let your motor run its course. You know, just let your motor lock up eventually and then tow it here and we can go from there". I said what about my engine oil consumption/stuttering/knocking, "you don't qualify for the recall". Crazy customer service to be told basically nothing we can do but let your car die even if you're spending hundreds on oil every month.
Sean was great, super helpful and got our car diagnosed, fixed, and out the door on the same day!

The amount charged was wrong. No one seemed to know we have a service contract. The so called “VIP” status is a joke. I had to wait about 10 min while she ran around trying to verify my story. This was after I had texted my advisor and asked him specifically why the invoice showed that I owed almost 80.00 for an oil change. I expected it to be taken care of when I went to get the vehicle. Seems like a pretty reasonable expectation.
Michael was very kind and quick to provide what needed to be done to service our Kia.

The initial problem that I brought the vehicle for was never corrected and was made to pay for something I did not need. Now a new problem has occurred and have to make my 6th trip and spending 12 hours waiting to hopefully have the problem reolved
