Well, we arrived at 11 for a scheduled service appointment. The car was supposed to be ready at two and my husband after multiple times asking if the car was ready realized it wasn’t even in the bay. It was outside with the hood up and two filters sitting on top of the hood, it had to of been out there for quite some time, although we did get compensation of $50 for our inconvenience. our time is just as important as the next persons… this is the first time that our experience there has been handled so poorly .
The service advisor was very rude, unprofessional and made the whole experience miserable.

He lied to me from day one about my vehicle when I took my vehicle home he's supposed to let me know when the inspector come to bring the car back I told the manager at the Kia dealer that Mr Mike never called me to tell me I had an appointment to bring the car back that the warranty inspector was going to look at the car he never shared that with me he keep telling me when the vehicle transmission is going to be delivered never delivered the days he said he was going to be delivered that's why I came to the car dealer to take my car back home it been sitting in the parking lot for 4 weeks nobody don't call and tell me anything about my vehicle so I went and brought my vehicle home
