It’s the second time I get charged for tire rotation and they do not do it. Really unethical. I spoke w manager and I would like to elevate. I’m confident they are doing that to many customers.

I requested to perform Battery Preconditioning software update when I scheduled my maintenance service online and even also mentioned it when I brought the car. I waited almost 2 hours. No software update done.
