We had scheduled a service and tire rotation and alignment as well as two recall/warranty checks. One of the recalls was not applicable to our vehicle, and so it did not need any work other than to remove the recall alert. My husband arrived at 9AM, and he did not leave until 2:15PM. He had checked with the desk at 12:50PM, who said that the car was still being worked on, even though my husband had pointed to the car sitting outside at the time. We were told the mechanic team did not notify the front when the car was ready. The service notes do not mention a tire/wheel alignment was completed, and when asking about the drive belt replacement recommendation, the service person stated that they recommend it due to the age of the vehicle, not based on an inspection of the actual drive belt. I do not know that the service department checked the actual condition of my drive belt.
While we were compensated for the extended wait, the service provided and the lack of communication does not make me feel certain that my car is in good hands.

Prompt, thorough and excellent customer service
I specifically asked for NO oil change, since I did not need one. I use conventional oil and I was given a synthetic oil change anyway. Now I’m stuck with synthetic oil for the life of the car, which will double my oil change costs. I’ve had great service here over the years. But I’m very disappointed in this visit.
He was very kind and I was satisfied with his work.
