the car still having issues I have no AC and it is hot check engine light is on and here. It is time for Tag and Noah like before I had the same issue and I came to y’all to fix it my ex been so far I’ve just been at a portion with y’all since I had the car. They gave me a number to call. The number doesn’t even work. I’m just tired of going back-and-forth.
My understanding of the Kia extended warranty letter was a free diagnostic service when I have the sudden engine shut off, but you couldn’t find anything and changed the diagnosis cost. I clearly mentioned my safety concerns too.
Today, my car stopped on road and towed here.
I can’t understand how it can happen even after your diagnosis of the sudden engine shut off.
Long wait while performing 30K mile service but worth it to keep the car in top condition.
Service was fine but I do have to come back as part has to be ordered.

First let me preface my comments that I am not 100 percent certain but my car had scratches in the paint on the passenger rear panel that were not there previously.
And some thing on the drive side as well that I was able to buff out.
***Who ever is maneuvering vehicles in your very tight service center needs to be more careful.
Other than that, woman who assisted me was very helpful and service was fine.
Everything was great ! I was in and out alot quicker then I thought.
Prices were high. Did not complete the services because of the price. Received the same services for 400 less. Got the tires from sam's and the other services from Firestone.
They got everything done really quick on a Saturday once I got in. The car runs amazing after getting the engine clean. Kia Sportage lowest maintenance ever. Have had the car 4 years and only did oil changes then engine cleaning at 40,000 miles. Thanks

After waiting 11 hours had to wait til following day.. Michael was great and procured me two rides home when I was unable to connect to Uber using your Guest Wifi.
Jen was a dream love the whole experience. She was the most helpful technician I have ever had the experience of doing business with.
After waiting for 1 1/2 hrs I had to get service advisor to find out if my car was ready. I had an appointment and only had two simple items to do i.e. oil change and check battery. So I didn't think it would take that long for that to be done.
Andrew was very courteous with updates on my vehicle and everything was finished in a timely matter. Thank you guys again for a great visit!!
