The only I’m not happy about is that the last two times I was in I wanted new wiper blades installed on the car and neither time that was accomplished.

I am completely satisfied with the services performed by Sean and his team. I have taken my vehicle to the dealership I bought it from and had no success on getting warrantied items that had gone bad taken care of. Sean and Kia Mall of Georgia have earned my respect and my business. They made all of the repairs and on a timely manner. I am very happy!

When I dropped my car off to be serviced. A salesman by the name of Omar rudely approached me and stated if the white kia k5 was mine which I acknowledged it was.He then aggressively stated don't speed in the parking lot (which I did not do as the parking lot was narrow and I made sure to stopped at intersections to avoid my car or anyone else car from being damaged. I replied I know how to drive, have a good day and be blessed. Omar stood there for amount 30 seconds before he would leave. This was a hostile and unwarranted moment. Now on the service side.... No complimentary car wash No **** to my car. I only received a text message that my car was ready and had to confirm with another advisor. After paying for the service, I has to go back to the cashier to get my key as it wasn't given to me. Maybe my key would have be given to me if I was escorted to my car.. Worst service thus car from a kia dealership especially being located in Buford. Would never recommended and will be servicing my car elsewhere.

Although the van was fixed, it took too long. This vehicle is the only way for my 82 year old father in law to go to doctors appointments or physical therapy with ease. That is the entire reason we own a minivan. It was extremely hard to move him in our cars as they are too low for him to enter and exit. I understand there is a process for the repair but the van could have been diagnosed and returned to us until the parts came in and it could have been returned for repair. But for 2 weeks is too long for us to go without the vehicle. Had we known the vehicle would be out of service for that long, we would have avoided the repair altogether. This was communicated repeatedly but was ignored. Very disappointed that the van sat days to get diagnosed eventhough we made an appointment. If I wanted this type of treatment, I could have used Rick Case Kia which is much closer to our home. We cannot work with Mall of Georgia Kia without more communication and cooperation in this process. We will have to use other repair facilities in the future if this cannot be addressed. As a service advisor, Michael Taylor certainly leaves something to be desired. His communication skills are poor at best. He never called us with status updates. We had to call him or Jason Reynolds. We eventually went to the General manager for help. We understood that the software update blew our computer. We understand that things happen but no one bothered to call us to tell us that the computer was on back order. Initially, we had discussed waiting a few days on a rental car because we thought it might be fixed earlier. We discussed connecting on Wednesday, if it wasn't complete, we would move forward with the rental car process. However, when Wednesday rolled around, we called and he never returned our call. I had received news that my mom was not well and I needed to be in Indiana immediately. This is a hospice situation and she is dying. When I finally spoke to Michael after having to rent my own car, he proceeded to blame me. I tried to be patient on the rental car until that Wednesday. And then when we were supposed to discuss, he didn't call us back for days. Can you imagine a service advisor blaming me for his ridiculous lack of communication and overall ineffectiveness in his role. He makes your whole service department seem incapable of quality work. Moving forward, we will drive to **** and go to Lou Sohb. I would never recommend Kia Mall of Georgia and I certainly will never return.

Sean was easy to work with. He kept me informed while my vehicle was being serviced & explained what else needed my attention. He had the add on services done while I was there and got me out in a reasonable time. He was honest and I would use him as our service advisor again in the future.

I was given the run around regarding a known issue with Kia Souls. I was warned that dealerships don’t care about cars under warranty because they don’t make money that way, I never thought I’d experience it first hand. As a single mother, I need a dependable vehicle to care for myself and my child. Michael said he was going to “go to bat” for me, but instead passed the buck to the service manager, Jason, who still hasn’t called me back to explain why a goodwill request was denied. It’s been a nightmare. And I hope no one has their car serviced here ever.

Make sure you keep me updated on all issues that come up. If I had made Plans to go out of town thinking I was getting my car back in a day, which did not happy. No call to let me know any details And I could not get a hold of anyone. 5 calls. 2 to assistant manager. 2 to manager of service and nothing . Finally got a hold of Andrew T which I found out that car had another problem besides what I had brought it in for. Then I get a call my car was not running at all. I sure hope that the oil consumption issues goes better this did. Had a good experiences till has three visits‘n
