Jenny always make sure that my vehicle gets taken care of no matter what it needs right away as soon as I pull into the service bay. All the way from the service manager to the dealership manager. Everyone greets me by my name and makes me feel very welcome every time I come in. I bought my car brand new here and I’ve been servicing it all the way up to 223 thousand miles that I have on my vehicle now.
I asked for a check on my transmission and all the recalls on my vehicle and an oil change. I am leaving to go out of town, and I wanted to make sure everything was ok. I told them I was waiting on it at the mall and I dropped it off at 4:00 the night before and they said they would get to it first thing in the morning. They didn’t even start on it until after 11:30 and it wasn’t done until I CALLED at 3:30 and they said “oh, ya, it’s ready” AND they didn’t even look at the transmission. Next time im going to Walmart service. They are more attentive and caring and faster. AND my check engine light came on this morning. I don’t even know why and im leaving for a trip. Thanks but no thanks. NEVER AGAIN. Dealerships ****!!

Sean is a great service writer. He asked relevant questions and made sure my K5 was serviced properly and promptly. He also arranged to meet the service manager who answered the question I had on the emergency brake.
I will save my comments and concerns for the Service Manager when I have to return due to the service technicians negligence.
