A message was sent to my wife's phone. She was not with me so I had no idea my car was ready until she called me. It was better when someone would actually come tell me it was ready. I sat there for an extra 30 minutes unnecessarily.

I was extremely satisfied. I got a flat tire on the front driver side. Only having the tires for 6 months, he got it replaced for a reasonable charge. I only take my car to the Mall if Georgia Kia for everything that needs to be done. He also had the new software for theft installed while my car was there getting the tire fixed. That saved me from having to come back and having it done. Thank you very much Mr. Taylor.
