I arrived at 11:30am and did not leave till after 4pm. They argued with me about having tire coverage for over 2 hours then the guy who was working on my car went to lunch for over an hour making me wait till he came back to work on my car then it took almost an hour to put on my tire. Will not return to this Kia location.

Service and repair was terrible but my advisor Jenny was so patient and caring I appreciate her for getting me the information I needed to know about my vehicle everyone else didn’t seem interested in helping me with my car.

One of the worst experiences in my life I got there at 10:30 and I didn’t leave until 1:20. Almost 3 hours and my car was just sitting there majority of the time done. My car is burning oil through the exhaust and refuse to fix it even though we know what the problem is. They’re for one of the worst experiences out of all the cars I have.

I had my catalytic converter replaced in January. I just got the vehicle serviced with over $00 dollars of repairs. Picking it up on July 16th . And it still have the same symptom of no power uphill. I brought the vehicle back and they diagnose that it was the catalytic converter. Again. They say I'm out of the warranty even though it's still less than 12 months. Is there any way you guys can help me with this repair?

I arrived at the service area and nobody greeted me and after standing there for a few minutes I had to ask somebody to help get my car. Once at the front office and paid for a service that I thought it was free since it was the first oil change, the lady informed that because I bought the car at Chamblee the service is not transfer! bummer!!! I paid , got my keys, got into my car and then I couldn’t go because my car was block with another car. I asked for help to one of the employees and he jus ignored me and kept looking at his computer. After trying again he answered me “ one moment ma’am! . I came back to my car and after waiting for almost 30 minutes I decided to maneuver going back and forward and trying no to hit the vehicle in front of me until I finally was able to get out!!! So uncomfortable experience!! Why they have to park the cars so close!! And more than that no taking a minute to help a customer!! When I got home I realized that somebody else filled out a survey for me! Of course as a perfect score! Unbelievable !Very disappointed experience overall!

No one called to update me on the status of my vehicle for 2 business days, even though I was told I would be. I had to call and ask about it on my own.

Larry was wonderful, however upon picking my vehicle up after the service was completed I noticed a strange sound driving away. Before I left the Kia dealership parking lot I returned to Larry with my concerns. He drove my vehicle, listened to the sound and returned it to the mechanics where they fixed the issue. The issue was that they forgot to screw all lug nuts of my tires tights. It was a simple fix and that strange sound was no more. Driving off the lot and to my next destination with my kids, I noticed another strange sound so faint I turned off my air and music to hear it better. Once I did that, it was obvious that there was something wrong with the brakes or tires. It’s like a scraping unsettling sound. I called Larry once more to express yet another concern and he told me to come back tomorrow morning bright and early because at that time all the mechanics were gone. While Larry was super great and very helpful I am now worried of the mechanics who have now messed up something on my vehicle twice in one day. I am hopeful everything will be properly fixed tomorrow.
