When I came for the appointment the service department acted like I shouldn’t be there. Then when they had the car for about 45 min the service guy came to me in the waiting room with way more “required” work that I needed to have done compared to what I was there for. When I tried to explain that everything on the list had done previously, I was treated like I didn’t know anything about how to maintain the health of my car and that if I didn’t get it done it would be dangerous. I had to repeatedly tell them that the work had already been done (some of it at this dealership) finally the guy reluctantly agreed and completed the work I asked for. Was not my best experience, unfortunately.

I was satisfied with the service experience with Larry Morgan. This was the first time, my vehicle was serviced at KIA Mall of Georgia. I used to go to RICK CASE KIA to get all servicing done. From now just for Larry, I will bring my vehicle to KIA Mall of Georgia. Thank you, Larry.

My husband explained an ordeal we went through with Rick Case Kia to Andrew. Andrew listened and genuinely helped get our issues fixed. I do wish that that this was a covered expense because of bad work that was done by Rick Case. I understand it’s a franchise but the last place I’d go for service is that location. They don’t even respond to my calls or emails. Thank you Andrew! I wish more people had your work ethic.

Drove an hour and half each way to make appointment. Waited 2 hour In waiting room to find out that part I needed replaced was correct on box but wrong part inside box. Told they have to order the part again and make another 3 hour trip next week. Very disappointed. A lot of time, wear on van and gas expense to make 3 hour trip again next week. What’s fair about this????

They stated my tires had been rotated. My spouse had placed an “X” on one tire. After getting the car back, it was obvious that the tires were not rotated. While the situation was remedied quickly, no one gave me an apology or explanation; in fact, the staff was actually quite unpleasant and dismissive. This experience makes me wonder if my oil is actually being changed, or if any other service is really being done.

I was previously in for a recall and I just wish the time could’ve been communicated better. I did wait all day for service and if I would have known an estimate time. I could’ve planned better. I was given a complimentary oil change but time is very valuable and limited. I’ve never experienced that long of a wait with no communication. .
