This is the first vehicle I have ever taken to a dealership. It needed an air filter and cabin filter. I asked if they were covered. Told no. So I told them to change them. I was very surprised when I was charged labor. Live and learn.

The service was very good! As I waited, I appreciated the service updates and Multi-Point Inspection sheet via text. Mike, my service consultant, was really nice and personable. He answered my questions and followed up as needed in a timely manner.

I made a 9am appointment. Tires, oil chg, and recalls. Asked on two occasions about the expected length of time. Told both times it would be two hours. At 11:30am my Sorento had not been touched. Another hour and a half passed before car was ready. I live an hour away from the dealership and told the representative we would be waiting. Was told the customer ahead of us kept adding on to their service. So what! They should have been put on hold while my appointment was honored. Where’s the accountability? Not a happy customer.

45 minute service took 2 and half hours with an appointment. Absolutely unacceptable. We were there for a recall not to have the service department look for things we need to fix on the vehicle. This has been an ongoing issues at this location for years.
