Was there for 4 hours with my newborn just for them not to fix what came for. Pertaining my situation they told me “play it by ear” didn’t put any freeiron in my vehicle after notifying them that i needed some. No updates while waiting . Didn’t refil the cookies, either
1. I arrived at 10:30 and did not depart until 12:30p this was far too long of a wait and quite unexpected.
2. My car rode worse unpin departing after the tire rotation. I had to drive much slower because of the shaking of the car.
3. I will likely not return for an oil change.
Leslie is very efficient & kept me abreast of the progress of my vehicle. I was in for oil chsnge & took longer than usual but were short on help.
I’m very displeased. I went in for oil and tires rotation. They did not rotate my tires and I was charged for it. I’m also concerned if they actually changed my oil. Now I will have to miss time at work on Monday to get this matter addressed.
Dulsey was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful and informed in what she was telling us. She deserves a big shout out!!
