I waited 2 hours to have my car checked for a recall issue only to find out that the parts department did not have all the sensors. I will have to return and wait another 2 hours once the sensors come in. I know in your business time is money / guess what - so is it for your customers ????

The service was great and everyone was great. I just bought a vehicle about 4 days ago and noticed some vibrations at highway speed the day i bought it. I thought it may have been just the road so i waited a few days before contacting hampton. So i brought the vehicle down for them to check it out. They believe it is a shifted belt inside the tire. Everyone was great and the experience was great. The team didnt cover the cost to replace the tire, I had to pay for it, thats the only reason I didnt rate as exceptional. Although I do totally understand. I bought a used vehicle as is, but it would have been exceptional if they would have covered the replacement tire for something i just purchased that had the issue before purchase. Everyone was great though and the service really impressed me.
