Steven always provides superior customer service. He was upfront about delays in service time. Once the service was completed I didn’t notice any issues with the wait time. Appreciate his honesty and attentiveness from welcoming customers to seeing them off.

I just wish that more technicians are allowed to work on weekends. It took my car 4 hours just to diagnose then found out that there were no parts available so I have to leave my car behind until parts arrive
