Trent was an amazing service manager! I would like him to help me in the future.
Brent is always willing to answer all my questions. He is very knowledgeable about the workings of my Supra and is extremely pleasant and personalable to associate with. He is easily the most helpful and capable service advisor I've ever dealt with and I'm 63 years old and have dealt with many prior to working with Brent.

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, only to receive my car with a check engine light notification. Apparently, they forgot to connect a hose in the car. Again, I realize the car was making a weird noise when I got home. I am not happy with your service.
Service was excellent. Dulsey was very helpful and did a great job taking care of my vehicle. I am very pleased.

Brent Sutherland is the most conscientious, courteous, and professional service tech that we have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
When I arrived, they confirmed I was there for a tire rotation. I also mentioned that there was a nail in one tire and asked if they could be checked on. 1 hour later, I was notified that my car was ready. When I asked about the nail, my service advisor had no idea what I was talking about. He said he would check on it, and left the service area. When he returned he confirmed that there was indeed a nail in my tire (which I already knew and told the first person when I arrived), that it had not been removed and repaired, and that it would be $45 and more time. I assumed the reason it took over an hour was because of the tire repair, but apparently this service department is just that slow. My last tire rotation took 2 hrs. I was told it was because they were so busy, however my appointment my was initiated and scheduled by someone in the service department. Not sure how that happens. This service department is terrible. Now that my Toyota cares is no longer applicable, I will gladly take my service elsewhere, where I don’t have to take a whole day off to get tires rotated.
Dulsey is an exceptional employee, she is always a big help each time I’ve been there with my vehicle.
