Leslie was great but the time it took to complete my repair was not. I had an appointment at 11. I got there on time. I was told it would take about 2 hours for the repair. My husband met me to go to lunch and dropped me back off about 1:15. I was told they had just started on my car. It was 2:45 before my car was ready. Had it not taken so long I would have been completely satisfied.
I am so appreciative of the communication & transparency of what they found on the history of this vehicle. This was so refreshing compared to Hixson Autoplex who sold me this truck with very little communication on its issues. Thank you Steven ! ????
Steven was exceptionally good at explaining everything being done with my vehicle and kept me abreast of the progress.
When I left my tires showed they needed air. I was disappointed that air was not put in my tires. I went in for an oil change but tires showed they needed air. It seems that could have been taken care of really quick. Other than that great service.
