Steven was very professional and courteous. My vehicle was ready promptly which I appreciated.
It would have been great but your “inspection” said everything was good but my tire indicator light was on showing low tire pressure yet the tire indicator item was marked good. It is minor but calls into question the effectiveness of the inspection when something so simple is missed. Other work seemed to be done fine.
The reason I was going was after they got all parts for all recalls snd a warranty issue. Get there and they don’t have all parts after leaving for 2 days I needed the truck. Also I have a roll top cover on the back. There was a key to it on my key. As I leave realize not only the roll too key it gone but the key that slides in the hole is gone. I did try to call but got voicemail which everytime I have cslled never got a return call. Now I have no key for the fob snd no key for the rolltop too.
Not to mention have to make ANOTHER appt for the parts that were not in. Thank you
