My two front seats were broken when I got my car back (they were not broken when I dropped the car off). I was told by your staff that they were going to look into it and call me, and that I didn't need to stay, so I left. No one has followed-up with me. This needs to be repaired (on Hampton's dime), otherwise it will diminish the resale value of my vehicle.

Very Courteous and quick service!!! My hood wasn’t properly closed when I drove off however as soon as I pulled back into the service aisle, they were quickly coming out the door and addressed the issue at hand!!! They were amazing
