Vehicle /Auto Butler was definitely not what was received in May. I drove 45 minutes to make it to my appointment and for what I asked for compared to what was received. I could’ve stayed home and went through the car wash myself for the waste of time that the $20.00 was spunt on. Hopefully next time my experience will be much better. Hampton Toyota is a very nice company but this service job was definitely not what was expected.

Steven Hollier and the boss man Tom are both strong assets to your Customer Service Dept. True Customer Service is fading so fast, this was my best Service since I bought my first Camry from Kyle in 2001. Like “they” say, keep up the great work….. William.
