Honda tire low on air, interior was dirty, and windshield was smudged and hard to see through. Everything else was great. Please clean your used vehicles better and check air in tires. Thank you!!

I brought two vehicles in today. The first vehicles came in for a basic wash an a oil change. The second vehicle came in for just a basic wash. Everything went great for the first vehicle. We both got there at 11:45. The first car was done with the oil change an wash within 1 hours an half which was just find. However I was not pleased that the second vehicles was not done until after 330 pm. Then they were unable to find the vehicles. Yes the representative did apologize but this was not acceptable for just a back wash.

My cigarette lighter wasn't charging my phone. I have bumper to bumper warranty. I said if not covered by warranty let me know. They changed a 2 dollar fuse that took 5 minutes and changed me 75 dollars. Last time yall RIP me off. Never Gunna get a dime or recommendation from me.
