No one called me to let me know my car wasn’t ready on 12/2. I was given a loaner. On 12/3 no one called me to let me know my car was ready. I had to call each time. I had an appointment and brought my car in at 7:05am on 12/2. It took a day and a half for a brake job. I called this afternoon and left a message asking for someone to call me to let me know why the inside of my car smelled strongly of gas. No one returned my call. You need to change your recording on your automated system from Award winning service dept. to our sub-standard service dept. I don’t know what happened but about 2 years ago you had good service????. It will be a while before I go back to Hampton. I will drive to Baton Rouge. Their service hasn’t changed. Toyota’s Corporate office will nit be happy with your service.
