Today was my 1st time using Hampton Toyota and I was very pleased. I dropped my car off early and they started working on my vehicle and it was done before my appointment time!! Clarice also explained when I needed to bring my vehicle back in and what to expect at my next 2 visits.

Well I sat for 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and a rattle that they had previously stopped… only to drive away and I still have the rattle. Not happy at all!
