Carice was the best part about my broken car. Even when I had my crazy **** family yelling at me, she stayed calm and was so polite. She had to have dropped my blood pressure a few points. Thank you for getting my overnight bags out of my car, and talking to my mother on the phone, and telling them just what I wanted fixed (even though I could barely explain it) to get out of there. You called me back right away when I followed up the next day and had me ready to roll when I got there. You have just the right attitude and knowledge for this job lady. Thank you!!!!

Everything was good. The wait was not long. There were free refreshments and Wi-Fi. The service workers were efficient and very polite. I have no complaints.

Leslie and the guys diagnosed and repaired a difficult problem on our Jeep. They were very courteous and professional, and Leslie kept us updated along the way. We will definitely use Hampton Toyota again...(but I surely hope we don't need that anytime soon). Many thanks!
