I scheduled an appointment at 9:00. I was greeted upon arrival and asked if I was waiting or dropping off. I indicated I would be waiting unless it would take more than an hour for service to be completed. I received a text at 11:00 stating my vehicle was in good hands. I tracked down my service rep around 11:18 and was told that they were very busy and would be getting back with me soon, despite my appointment being at 9:00. I was notified of repair costs at 11:42 for the first time since arriving for my 9:00 appointment. Unfortunate for sure.

The place is clean, efficient and as quick as possible. Hampton is definitely a model dealership. I had a chance to talk to Mark Hampton and walking away, he turned and asked, “are you satisfied with everything”. That was his concern and it makes a difference.

Steven was fine, however to charge a $130 diagnostic fee and not apply that towards my repair cost is unacceptable to me. I will go elsewhere.
