Not greeted in service lane wasn't sure y'all were open but it was almost 8 am Had to ask for car wash. And it was just ran thru not even vacuum ????

We came in to get the oil change because of the notification about it. My husband has been in the hospital after surgery so we just drove in without scheduling it. Everything was taken care of for me and ready in a few hours while we ran errands. Thank you for being so helpful.
