I had hand cleaned my vehicle over the weekend. I’m not really happy with the butler service I received today. My dashboard was not cleaned…& My windshield was not wiped well at all. I don’t think the service was as good as it was in the past.
Leslie was friendly and professional. One if the best service appointments I've had.
Service advisors were able to answer questions and very willing to do so.
Ultimately, I may not choose to make the repair due to the high cost of labor. Service was good and facilities were nice. Bathrooms clean. Thank you.
The service to my car was great. However, the woman who took my keys, watched me walk into the building to wait, and even asked me if I was waiting on my car LEFT ME SITTING IN THE WAITING AREA an HOUR after my car was ready. She NEVER came into the waiting area to say my car was ready. I was late for another appointment thanks to her unprofessionalism. After I told her I had gotten the text an HOUR ago saying my car was ready, she was unbothered & unremorseful.
Always great service at Hampton! I am never dissatisfied.
