Leslie kept me up to date on the progress of vehicle maintenance, she answered all my questions and also asked a rep from Hampton to call me and explain my maintenance agreement which was purchased but not expounded on when I bought the Supra from J A Allen Toyota. She also updated me on the status of my brakes and tire wear.
