There was an over-scheduling issue. I was there 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and multipoint inspection. This was not the fault of the service rep.
I was overcharged and there is still an oil leak . I left a message to call me and did not get a reply

Terrible service it seems nobody knows anything! Tried multiple times to reach out to management and still no word this is the worst experience I’ve had in regards to a recall! Management truly **** here tried to have someone contact me and I’m still waiting! This is a disappointment I truly hope I never have to return here.
