I think they did well. However, I would like more options on Saturday’s. I work all week during business hours. I can’t come to get my brakes or factory recalls easily. Please offer other options on Saturday’s. Have technicians work then too.

My experience was unsatisfactory. The advisor did not communicate as effectively or as timely as she should or could have. The car arrived on Monday and I did not receive any follow up on the status of my car. I had to pursue the advisor and left several messages and went through several different workers. It was pretty frustrating to be in the dark about the status of the car. I would not recommend.
