While the person who assisted me was EXTREMELY friendly and polite (as was everyone involved), about a block away from the dealership I noticed something off regarding the steering wheel, and began to hear strange noises from the hood, NONE OF WHICH were apparent at any time before. I immediately returned to the dealership and explained the situation. Service was closed, but I was given a loaner vehicle. I’m currently awaiting a diagnosis of my car…
Leslie is very friendly. Definitely is a “people person.” I usually ask questions to get a good understanding of services done. Leslie always takes her time in answering my questions. She never seems flustered even when thing appear busy.
One doesn’t usually enjoy or find waiting for auto maintenance or repair a pleasant experience but my time was comfortable, my questions were answered Quickly, respectfully, and in a friendly manner making me feel like a valued customer. My whole experience was a good one. Everyone treated me and other customers with good service and importance
