Y’all checked and re aligned front end but didn’t rotate tires and i found out that every time I bring it for service at 5000 miles its for tire rotation and oil every 10000 miles. I just want rotation done every 10000 with oil change bringing it for just a tire rotation is very inconvenient

Had a 10:00 am appt for tire rotation and oil change which took 3 hours!!!! In addition had them cut the rotors which lasted an additional 2 hours. It turn out to be a 5 hour appt. I have had better service without an appointment. Hampton needs to address its staffing or adjust the number of appointments it is setting. 3 hours is way tooo long for oil and tires. Probably won’t be back.

Waited a hour and a half for a oil and oil filter change is not exceptional. Especially when I had an appointment.
