Everything went well, but I waited an hour for oil change and tire rotation.
Wait time was 4.5 hrs.for an oil change. NO one advise me of the status of my vehicle except the fist text at 9:05. I was advised 4 hrs later that there was a mishap. My car was just getting serviced. I was not consulted about the status or progress on my vehicle as I waited patiently. My invoice stated I declined recommendations for other service on my vehicle, when I was not even asked about any of these. I did book an appointment on line for 9 am that morning. My advisor was Leslie Whitteker .I was not happy with my experience on Friday, and I have been a loyal customer for 6 yrs. I was just told sorry for the inconvenience. I was late for my tasks for this day.
Took to long and messed up my clock
My only issue was they were very slow for this visit appointment at 8 for oil change wasn’t ready till 9:33 most times even with tire rotation in and out n 30 minutes idk what happened -
Phillip did a great job helping my wife with the service of our Highlander. We will definitely ask for Phillip whenever we have our car serviced again.
