I wS given an appointment for 11:30 am ..I drove all the way from Natchitoches to have this service completed now that the part finely came in. Once I arrived to have the ( 30 min.) Job completed I was informed that it would be 3 to 4 hours before they could even get me in a service bay.. I informed the service technician that I could not wait that long since I had another appointment at 2 pm, and I told that it would be no longer then 30 minutes to install the part. She agreed that "once" the car was taken to the service bay then it would only be approximately 30 minutes to install the part. But it was going to be 3 to 4 hours before that was going to.happen. When I asked why I wasn't advised of the long anticipated wait when I made the appointment the technician compared the delay to that of a doctors office....sometimes situations arise that cause backups and delays... I politely advised her that I have never had a doctors appointment that when I arrived they kept me waiting 3 to 4 hours before seeing me... Needless to say.....the work was never complete and I took the part with me back to Natchitoches since it was already paid for....
