We had an appointment for 8. We waited because we assumed it would be 2-3 hours with an appointment. It was almost 5 hours of waiting. Had we known how backed up it was, we would have made alternate plans and had a ride. Just a heads up on the wait would have helped us not waste 5 hours. Really frustrated.

Leslie was professional, friendly and attentive. She said everything was good . Only to get home and review my receipt stating I was told about my tires, quoted and refused service. My tires at 5/32 and 15k Mike’s was never mentioned to me. Otherwise service good
