Phillip was absolutely exceptional, took my car right away and handled everything being I was in such a rush! After my husbands father passing away, we were in such a rush to get to Arkansas where he lived and before we could go, I needed an oil change. he got it done quick, and was a great experience.

The rep did angreat job of explaining. He did his job. My problem is that I only have that truck for transportation and I was informed that I have to wait 4 to 6 months or longer for another transmission. That is the reason I am not completely satisfied.

Brent was great as always however the tech did not torque my drain plug causing me to lose an undetermined amount of oil driving and then in my driveway.

She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me that needed to be done on my car and all new work that needed to be done in the future in a way that I could understand it.
