Get rid of document storage charge on every transaction. This service is not for the customer, it’s to make your record keeping easier. It’s ridiculous that you pass this expense to the customer. Shame on Hampton Toyota. I will rethink my next vehicle purchase and try to find a less greedy dealership.

Normally extremely punctual. Appointment at 1. Oil change tire rotation. Called at 6 th pick up. Closes at 7. Someone in the notification may need advice. Similar with catalytic converter fix. I called to check after 2 months and it was ready that day. Really?
