Great Service delivered on time !!!!
I waited 5 1/2 hrs. My entire day was wasted in what should have taken 1-2 hrs. The women who helped check me in was wonderful and I recognize that the wait was somewhat no one’s fault but wow….. almost 6 hrs for an oil change and new tires….. entire day gone
Phillip was very nice and explained everything very well. I will definitely ask for Phillip next time.

As usual great service and pleasant atmosphere. The only improvement I can advise is more coupons for regular customers. I’ve been going to Hampton for more than 2 years and I’ve never received a coupon for any service.
I have priced around and your prices are taking advantage of people. I will not be back. Just because I can pay doesn’t mean that I will.
