I liked Brent’s personality. He was friendly and personable, and made me feel welcome. Overall, he made coming to HT a great customer service experience!
Additionally, kudos to the operator who answered my service call—she looked to see if she could get me in (on very short notice) and she DID!
One more thing—shout out to the lady who did the popcorn, cookie and coffee. I was extremely thirsty when I arrived, and I went over to the cooler on the counter to get water. It was empty. I went back to my seat, and a few minutes later SHE WALKED OVER TO ME and handed me an ice cold bottled water! She said, “Here you are!” I thanked her—awed that she NOTICED AND FOLLOWED UP. I would have checked again later, but she stopped what she was doing and went and got me some water. That is TOP NOTCH customer service! I have great experiences every time I go. Two thumbs up!
Had a 3pm appointment to replace 4 tires. Upon arrival, there was no tires pulled for my appointment. It took over 3 hours and when it was said and done, they had replaced with a more expensive tires than originally agreed upon when making the appointment. The guy who helped me, was very nice and did everything he could to try and make up for my bad experience. However, this is the only bad experience I’ve had with Hampton in the 5 years I’ve been coming here.

To trust someone with your vehicle to be serviced properly, 800 miles from home is not easy when your check engine light comes on. I have had bad experiences with dealerships in the past. This was not the case with Hampton Toyota. When I arrived, Leslie Whitteker put me at ease, letting me know they would check things out. When the staff was finished with my car and issues were addressed with my approval, I knew my trip back home would be a safe one. Hampton Toyota left me with a true feeling of confidence that my car was road ready...
