I arrived prior to my 7am appointment. I didn’t leave until a little before noon. Seems there was a communication issue between service desk and serviceman. Mr Steve did keep me informed and apologized several times. I understand how busy folks get. There were two young men from detail shop that stopped working and asked me if I needed assistance one thought my car was being detailed and brought me an umbrella due to rain. I did not get their names they should be commended.
