I never have issues or complaints when it comes to service at Hampton. However, this time was a little disappointing. I came about a week ago for an oil change. I left with my tire light still on, my PSI is not showing up on my dash, & my windshield wiper fluid was never filled (the light is still on). I was assured before my oil change that those things would be taken care of. I truly believe that it may have just been a one time slip up considering the great experiences I’ve had with y’all in the past.
