I really appreciate the professionalism of my new advisor Phillip. My dissatisfaction with the service department has been due to when I bring my vehicle in for warranty repairs or service it comes back with more damage than what was being repaired. Or it would say it's been repaired and when I go pick it up it still having the same issues.
