Steven was great- It was very busy & I went in unscheduled. He explained it would take a while , but they could fit me in. He’s very personable & professional. I saw him visit with two other customers & I can tell it’s important to him to make sure all are happy!

Leslie was so kind in working with me on resolving the issues that my mom’s vehicle had. She was considerate, and gave me her best advice on what to address and what didn’t need addressing. When she didn’t know something, she *always* followed up with the mechanic and got that information back to me in a timely manner. She should really be applauded for her work efforts. She made what could have been a stressful experience into a very positive one in which I felt that Hampton Toyota did their very best for us! Thank you SO MUCH!!
