Steven has taken care of my service needs on my Toyota vehicles for a few years. I can honestly say that he has never disappointed me. I always feel Confident that he will do his best to take care of my concerns. For this visit he promptly scheduled an appointment and the repair was done as promised. Came in for an oil change that I had an appt for at noon. Was greeted immediately and then waited. After an hour, I was brought the engine air filter and refused replacement. 45 minutes after that I went up to the service desk and saw my car with 4 cars behind it. (All seemed to have been finished with their service). I asked both of the other 2 advisors if my car was done and they said yes. Both apologized as they said my car had been there for quite sometime. This seemed to be a simple breakdown in communication but the advisors need to do a better job at communicating with customers when the services rendered are complete. I find it pretty ridiculous that I have to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change especially when I have an appointment.
