Mr. Steven was phenomenal during my service time. He was up front about everything and made it feel like he was an uncle explaining everything to me. He even apologized about being backed up and also helped me retrieve my groceries out of the car so my husband could have picked me up do to the service team being backed up. Once I came back to pick up my car, I noticed I stil had a low tire alert. He personally got in my car and pumped me air and also pointed out that I had a small nail in my front tire that was causing a small leak. He marked it so my husband could have easily find it. All during near closing time and 30 degree weather. Thank you Mr. Steven!
