I drop off my car with appointment at 9am and came back at 2 o’clock and it wasn’t even start yet. Carice explained me that if I drop off and leave my vehicle lost priority over the people that is there waiting for their vehicle. I had to come back at 5 o’clock to pick up . What’s is the appointment for ?
That’s not good service and that’s not fair .

Asked to have my Brite lights adjust an I was told it coast 75 dollars why it wasn't adjusted before I went an buy it.

I came in due to a screw being lodged in my tire. Repair was not feasible. Had to purchase a new tire. Will be done tomorrow as the tire had to be ordered.
Leslie called me to let me know our second key to our car is in. She wanted to make an appointment for me to bring it in next week to get the key and have it programmed to my car. I asked her if possible to go this afternoon. She was nice to tell me to bring it in and o would get the key.
Leslie did her job with Exceptional Service.
