Steven is a very nice and polite man he made you feel very comfortable when you are there thanks for being so nice and caring.
My only complaint is that you no longer have rental vehicles or vehicles to lend to your customers.
My experience with Hampton Toyota has been “a lot of fun” thanks to Brent Sutherland, and Steve Monty. There were a couple of SNAFU’s (totally my bad!) but these two gentlemen rushed in and did their magic.
It feels really good to an “old lady” to once again drive a fully functional car, again.

He was very accommodating and listening to what problems I was telling him. He is like my doctor, I don’t want a doctor rushing when I talked to them. He is an excellent service personnel. I had him years ago when I was living in Lafayette, but I moved out of state so I had no choice but go to another Toyota dealer. For sure I will recommend him to people who need services from Toyota.
